Visit 1: Medical Consultation with Dr. Sebring, founder of Sebring Clinic and the Genetic Fit Concept. He is a Board Examiner for the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. A comprehensive medical history and physical will be performed to assess your current health state and identify if Hormone Replacement Therapy is the solution for you.
Lab Evaluation – Collection of blood is drawn at our office and utilized to analyze current hormone levels, and Pap Smear or PSA lab upon request.
(After 2 weeks, but may vary)

Visit 2: Analysis of your lab work collected during Visit 1 by Dr. Sebring. He will provide you with this meaningful information, interpret the results, and answer any questions you may have. He will then develop your personalized Bio-Identical Hormone Formulation designed to bring you back into your normal physiology.
Hormone Prescription – You will be provided a prescription for a personalized compound formulation during this visit.
(After 6 weeks, but may vary)

Visit 3: Follow-up visit to ensure your hormones are being administered appropriately and to address any adjustments in your compound. You will also be provided a sustainment strategy and additional refills on your BHRT compound. Your hormones are now personalized based on your lab work and how you feel. You will be scheduled for your first routine maintenance follow up in 4 months, and every 4 months after to keep you exactly balanced. This balance is based on follow-up lab work and your personal experience.

IMPORTANT
Long-term use of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement therapy is safe, but requires physician supervision. Therefore it is imperative that a follow-up lab evaluation be scheduled every 4 months. Appointments are required at an additional charge after your program is complete.
